Mark is a Multiple Brains Integration Techniques (mBIT) Master Coach & Trainer, an INLPTA NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer, a qualified ILM level 7 executive coach, as well as a qualified business psychologist. As an expert behavioural modeler Mark has been working with Mark Simpson and Dr Wyatt Woodsmall in further developing a greater understanding of the facets of human behaviour and what underpins it in entrepreneurship, From this Mark and Mark developed the Entrepleio tools and services to support investment decisions, strengthen entrepreneur characteristics and develop even more successful working partnerships for more profitable returns 

Mark works with clients in Financial Services and Fintech to optimise people/teams, process and technology performance through effective change and transformation. He enables clients to build capabilities, confidence and commitment for improved performance, self-sufficiency, and resilience. Behavioural modelling has been a cornerstone in his work to support a broad range of clients including start-ups, national and global businesses on a range of projects including formation, new product/service development, mergers, acquisitions and disposals, offshoring, process and technology transformation, operating model implementation and cultural change.  

Reb is an INLPTA NLP Master Trainer, an mBIT Trainer and one of the first mBIT Master Coaches to be certified. As a business psychologist, Reb works in leadership development, the impact of coaching on individuals and organisational culture and also runs public NLP and mBITtrainings globally. With commercial management experience gained in the retail sector and a long career in HR and Learning and Development, she is passionate about assisting clients maximise relationships and business decisions.. A coach and coach supervisor, she supports clients to reveal their own solutions and resources to achieve their goals and has substantial experience working with senior executives and teams. Reb has also co-authored a range of coaching and development products that are currently supporting customers in 37 countries . 

Dr. Woodsmall is the President of Advanced Behavioural Modelling, Inc with a focus on increasing the performance and productivity of organisations and individuals using advanced behavioural and learning technologies. Dr Woodsmall has engaged in federal and private practice for over fifty years, with specific emphasis in culture shaping and in predicting and modifying behaviour using specialised behavioural technologies. Dr. Woodsmall is a Senior Vice President of the International Research Institute for Human Typological Studies which specialises in research on human typologies. He specialises in the connection between human differences and performance and the shaping of cultures to create high performance organizations.
