The Entrepleio Team Behaviours Index helps consultants explore the behaviours influencing how teams work together and perform.
TBI examines six interconnected behavioural capacities: Alignment; Communication; Trust & Psychological Safety; Accountability; Energy & Engagement; and Teaming.
It provides structured measurement and reporting that help teams recognise strengths, understand different perspectives and explore opportunities for development.
Beyond measurement, TBI includes access to a library of 168 developed intervention packs, providing practical support for team development.
Each pack includes the rationale for the intervention, facilitation guidance, resources, adaptable presentation materials, timing options and follow-up activities.
No practitioner certification is required to use TBI.
Consultants can purchase TBI licences directly from Entrepleio. Once arrangements are agreed, we establish their access to the Distribution Centre so they can begin managing client assessments.

TBI can support a single team engagement or form part of a wider organisational development programme.
One way consultants can structure their work is through four connected phases.
- Team calibration and reporting. Use TBI to gather perspectives on how a team is working, providing a structured starting point for understanding its behavioural capacities.
- Exploration and shared understanding. Facilitate conversations that help team members explore the findings, recognise strengths, understand differences in perspective and consider what may be influencing their collective behaviour.
- Development and intervention. Work with the team to decide what, if anything, it wishes to develop. Use the Entrepleio intervention library to select appropriate workshops and development activities, supported by prepared facilitation materials and resources.
- Follow-up and continuing calibration. Review what has changed, recognise progress and consider how useful behaviours can be sustained or developed further.
